The Atlantic City Ballet’s International Trainee & Apprentice Program (ITAP) is designed for dedicated dancers seeking to pursue a professional career in dance. Participants have the opportunity to train alongside and perform with the Atlantic City Ballet, gaining valuable experience in a professional company environment.
This tuition-based program provides the experience and mentorship needed to help ease the transition from student to professional dancer, all within a small, focused, and nurturing environment. Limited to just 20 students, ITAP serves as a training ground for aspiring dancers and future Atlantic City Ballet company members.
Throughout the program, trainees have the opportunity to perform in Atlantic City Ballet productions and experience life as part of a professional corps de ballet. The 11-week program runs from January 12, 2026 through March 26, 2026.
At the conclusion of the program, participating trainees may be considered for an opportunity to join the Atlantic City Ballet for the 2026–20267season, based on the company’s needs and artistic requirements.
